Product description
Where conventional sheet gaskets are no longer sufficient at high temperature and pressure, spiral-wound, kammprofile and pure graphite gaskets take over. We help you select the right type and material for your application and supply standard and custom sizes.
Gasket types
- Spiral-wound gasket: V-profiled stainless steel strip wound with graphite or PTFE filler; inner/outer ring options. The standard for steam and refinery lines.
- Kammprofile gasket: serrated metal core with graphite facing; safe in heat exchangers and at high pressure.
- Pure graphite gasket: cut from flexible graphite sheet reinforced with stainless foil; up to 550 °C.
- Metal-jacketed gasket: soft filler in a metal jacket; heat exchanger and boiler covers.
Selection criteria
