Yaman Tekstil Salmastra manufactures tallow and PTFE braided soft packing, graphite packing and fiberglass tape in its own plant in Kağıthane, Istanbul, and exports to more than 15 countries.

About us
Yaman Tekstil Salmastra Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. is a manufacturer that brings more than 40 years of sealing experience to braided soft packing and technical textiles in its 1,000 m² covered factory in Kağıthane, Istanbul. We are not a reseller: every step from yarn to finished spool is carried out in our own plant.
We produce tallow packing, PTFE Teflon packing, graphite packing and fiberglass tape on our own lines and export regularly to more than 15 countries. First-grade yarn, original paraffin and skilled braiding deliver a durability that cheap Far East products cannot match. If you are looking for quality, you are in the right place.

- Standard sections in stock
Production consists of yarn preparation, diagonal braiding, impregnation-drying and cutting-packaging lines. Our braiding machines produce square sections from 3 mm to 50 mm; tallow, graphite and PTFE dispersions are applied on the impregnation line.
Fiberglass tape is woven on a separate line and graphite-coated on request. Products are labelled and packed in boxes, spools or rolls ready for shipment.

Quality and certificates
Every batch is checked on the line for cross-section, density and impregnation ratio. Traceability is maintained from raw material intake to shipment; batch test reports are issued on request.

Export
Our products ship to more than 15 countries. We build long-term partnerships with pump and valve manufacturers, maintenance companies and industrial distributors. Export documents, labelling and palletising are prepared to customer requirements.
